1. O čo ide

KROS konektor pre Claude (ďalej „konektor“) je služba v BETA režime, ktorá prepája AI asistenta Claude od spoločnosti Anthropic s programom KROS Fakturácia. Cez konektor môže používateľ v Claude čítať faktúry svojich firiem a vystavovať nové faktúry.

3. Aké údaje konektor spracúva

a) Údaje z KROS Fakturácie (len prenos, neukladajú sa). Pri každej požiadavke konektor načíta z KROS API alebo do neho zapíše údaje o faktúrach: čísla a dátumy dokladov, sumy, stav úhrady, položky a údaje odberateľov (názov, adresa, IČO, DIČ, kontakt). Tieto údaje môžu obsahovať osobné údaje odberateľov, ktorí sú fyzické osoby. Konektor ich odovzdá Claude a neukladá ich.

b) Prístupové údaje (ukladajú sa). Po prihlásení si konektor uloží pre každú vybranú firmu jej identifikátor, názov a API kľúč, ktorý KROS vytvoril pri udelení súhlasu. Údaje sú uložené šifrovane v úložisku Cloudflare Workers KV a slúžia výhradne na volanie KROS API v mene používateľa. - Uložené prístupové údaje zaniknú automaticky 30 dní po poslednom použití konektora. Pri ukončení BETA verzie ich zmažeme všetky. API prepojenie v KROS tým nezanikne, zrušíte ho podľa bodu 5. - Prístupový token pre Claude platí 1 hodinu, potom ho Claude obnoví. - Rozpracované prihlásenie sa ukladá najviac 15 minút. - Pri registrácii Claude ako klienta sa ukladá názov aplikácie a návratové adresy (bez osobných údajov), najviac 90 dní.

c) Prevádzkové záznamy (logy). Konektor zapisuje len chyby: pri volaní KROS API cestu požiadavky a stavový kód (napr. /api/invoices/123, 401; cesta môže obsahovať interné ID dokladu), pri prihlásení kód a popis chyby. Obsah faktúr, sumy, údaje odberateľov, prístupové kľúče ani telá požiadaviek sa nelogujú. Cloudflare ako poskytovateľ hostingu vedie krátkodobo technické záznamy požiadaviek (napr. IP adresa, čas, adresa URL) na zabezpečenie a riešenie chýb.

4. Na aký účel

Výhradne na poskytovanie funkcií konektora (čítanie a vystavovanie faktúr na pokyn používateľa), na zabezpečenie a riešenie chýb. Údaje nepoužívame na marketing, profilovanie ani na trénovanie modelov umelej inteligencie.

Konektor beží na globálnej infraštruktúre Cloudflare mimo infraštruktúry KROS. Požiadavky sa spracúvajú v dátovom centre Cloudflare najbližšie k používateľovi a úložisko Workers KV môže dáta replikovať aj mimo Európskej únie. Prenos mimo EÚ je chránený zárukami podľa GDPR, ktoré Cloudflare poskytuje vo svojom dodatku o spracúvaní osobných údajov (štandardné zmluvné doložky, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

7. Bezpečnosť

Komunikácia je šifrovaná (HTTPS). Prihlásenie prebieha cez OAuth 2.1 s PKCE. Prístupové údaje firiem sú v úložisku šifrované. Konektor pristupuje len k firmám, ktoré používateľ pri prihlásení vybral, a nemá prístup k heslu do KROS.

8. BETA režim

Konektor je v testovacej prevádzke bez záruky dostupnosti. Môžeme ho upraviť alebo ukončiť. Pri ukončení zmažeme uložené prístupové údaje; API kľúče v KROS odporúčame zmazať podľa bodu 5.

1. What this is about

The KROS connector for Claude (the "connector") is a service in BETA that connects Claude, the AI assistant by Anthropic, with the KROS Fakturácia invoicing software. Through the connector, a user can read invoices of their companies in Claude and issue new invoices.

3. What data the connector processes

a) Data from KROS Fakturácia (transferred only, not stored). For each request, the connector reads from or writes to the KROS API data about invoices: document numbers and dates, amounts, payment status, line items and customer details (name, address, company ID, tax ID, contact). This data may include personal data of customers who are natural persons. The connector passes it to Claude and does not store it.

b) Access credentials (stored). After sign-in, the connector stores for each selected company its identifier, name and the API key that KROS created when consent was granted. This data is stored encrypted in Cloudflare Workers KV and is used solely to call the KROS API on behalf of the user. - Stored access credentials expire automatically 30 days after the connector was last used. When the BETA ends, we delete all of them. This does not remove the API connection in KROS; revoke it as described in section 5. - The access token for Claude is valid for 1 hour, after which Claude renews it. - An unfinished sign-in is stored for at most 15 minutes. - When Claude registers as a client, the application name and redirect addresses are stored (no personal data) for at most 90 days.

c) Operational logs. The connector logs errors only: for KROS API calls, the request path and status code (e.g. /api/invoices/123, 401; the path may contain an internal document ID), and for sign-in, the error code and description. Invoice contents, amounts, customer details, access keys and request bodies are not logged. Cloudflare, as the hosting provider, keeps short-term technical request records (e.g. IP address, time, URL) for security and troubleshooting.

4. Purpose

Solely to provide the connector's functions (reading and issuing invoices on the user's instruction), for security and for troubleshooting. We do not use the data for marketing, profiling or training artificial intelligence models.

6. Where the data is stored

The connector runs on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, outside KROS infrastructure. Requests are processed in the Cloudflare data center closest to the user, and Workers KV storage may replicate data outside the European Union. Transfers outside the EU are protected by GDPR safeguards that Cloudflare provides in its data processing addendum (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

7. Security

Communication is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Company access credentials are encrypted in storage. The connector accesses only the companies the user selected at sign-in and has no access to the KROS password.

8. BETA

The connector is in test operation without an availability guarantee. We may change or discontinue it. When it is discontinued, we delete the stored access credentials; we recommend deleting the API keys in KROS as described in section 5.
